What we explore in Week 3 of Rhythm Reset: Nervous System Regulation
So many people are trying to improve their energy, sleep, digestion, metabolism, mood, and inflammation while their nervous system is still living in a state of pressure.
This is why Week 3 of Rhythm Reset focuses on nervous system regulation.
Because sometimes the body does not need more discipline.
Sometimes it needs more safety.
When the nervous system is under chronic stress, the body may stay in a state of alertness — even when you are tired. This can show up as feeling wired but exhausted, reactive, tense, easily overwhelmed, restless at night, or unable to fully settle.
In Rhythm Reset, we talk about how the nervous system influences the rest of the body: blood sugar, digestion, sleep, hormone signaling, inflammation, cravings, and recovery.
This week is not about forcing yourself to relax.
It is about learning how to recognize your own stress signals and begin practicing small, repeatable ways to help the body return to steadier ground.
Rhythm Reset is a 6-week educational program for people who are ready to better understand their body’s signals and rebuild foundational rhythms that support energy, resilience, and long-term health.
