Sea Pines Physical Therapy Swim Clinic
When: Sunday May 17th
Time: 3pm-4pm. Please arrive by 2:50 to sign a waiver and get ready to swim!
Where: Evergreen Aquatic Center at 606 SW 116th St. Seattle, WA 98146
What: A stroke clinic run by two physical therapists, both previous collegiate swimmers, to help you sharpen your strokes, build confidence in the water and protect your body from injury. The focus will be on both Freestyle and Backstroke.
Geared towards: adult swimmers of all experience levels wanting to improve their stroke technique without risking injury. Emphasis will be on freestyle and breaststroke.
What to expect: swimming roughly 600-1000 yards within the hour; this includes warm up, drills, “putting it together laps” and cool down.
What you need: swimsuit, goggles and a swim cap if interested
This class will be capped at 16 swimmers.
Price: $50/person - please submit payment to our venmo to secure your spot upon form completion
