Kirby Teuila Grey is an acupuncturist, herbalist, bodyworker and spiritual practitioner hailing from Seattle, WA. After studying theology, Kirby decided that the best way to heal herself and others was to engage with Eastern Medicine. With these tools and her experience and observations of the world, Kirby seeks to help folks heal from the material and spiritual diseases that ail them; to reconnec

t and engage with themselves holistically, systematically and in unity. Currently, she is working to create a framework that uses various tools, including ceremony, ritual, body movement, and storytelling to help people initiate, connect, and/or remember who they ARE. Whether it's a woman who's recently transitioned into motherhood, young adults in their transitions to adulthood, individuals reconnecting after addiction, or communities dealing with systematic oppression, Kirby welcomes them into her practice with an open heart.

New location alert! Posting this fabulous pic of myself (in front of a wildly sick cloth that I decided to put on the wall that turned into a portal WTH) to announce that I’ll be housed in a new location starting Dec 1!

I’ll be located inside of on NE Fremont and 42nd working same days and same hours. 🔥

You can book directly from my website and remote sessions are back!

This is an exciting new time and I can’t wait to start offering group classes and free clinic days at the new location come January! Let me know if you have any questions about offerings, bookings, etc and I look forward to treating you in the new space :) pics coming soon!

As of today, I am a certified TRE provider!

TRE stands for Tension, Trauma, Stress Releasing Exercises. As a provider, I take you through series of exercises and stretches that allow your body to shake/tremor effortlessly. This somatic therapy allows us to release what has been contracted in our bodies due to stress and tension from work, school, sitting, & living in this modern world; as a protective response to a traumatic situation; and from playing, moving, & using your body.

It’s safe, natural, and wildly effective. Look out in the coming weeks for workshops, classes and private sessions that I’ll be offering.
