What about connecting with your clients brings you joy?

Where to begin! I receive such joy from the work I do with my clients.

and are the two words that come to mind.

Getting to witness their transformation is an honor. Each week I get to see their of themselves grow and hear how they are incorporating that into their daily life.

The positive changes they note are:
- Better sleep 😴
- Less Anxiety 😮‍💨
- Improvement in their relationships 👫🏻👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽
- Decrease in physical pain
