hey so that first video is really f*cked up 🫪👎🏼 and the comments under the second video aren’t any better!

bodies of all sizes deserve to have clothes that fit their current body. PERIOD.

shaming people for their body size does NOTHING, except for harm physical, mental, and social health. if you truly cared about someone’s health, you wouldn’t judge or assume things about them!!!🤔🤔

is that RAW MILK that’s curdled and looking nasty? yes. yes it is 😭 and people are voluntarily consuming it for “health” 🫠🫠

Things I highly recommend to make shopping easier:
📝Make a staple foods list. Have all your favorite go-to’s on there! This will make creating a grocery list quicker and less stressful

🤳🏽Take pics of the fridge and pantry! Don’t know if you have something? Refer to the pics so you don’t end up with duplicates!

🧢Wear a hat and headphones to the store. Block out some noise and overhead lighting. This will ease (some) of the overstimmy

More tips like this to come!🤪

peep the full drawer of cheese lol

how we talk (and don’t talk) about bodies matters. AND we need to keep talking about seeing the rich shrink and drastically change their bodies. The message IS THAT DEEP.

i used to think exercise wasn’t “productive” if i wasn’t left feeling like i “pushed myself to my limits”. definitely so...

i used to think exercise wasn’t “productive” if i wasn’t left feeling like i “pushed myself to my limits”. definitely something that stuck with me after being an athlete for most of my life😅

but, i slowly realized this made me loathe exercise. or, at the very least, felt like a chore.

so much of social media is “do this, not that”. what if we changed the narrative to: “do what fills YOUR cup and looks/ feels healthy (physically, mentally, socially, financially, etc) to YOU”.

my dog walks have been such a great form of movement for me during this season. hanging with dogs, enjoying the weather, light walking, and sometimes listening to a fun podcast.

what form of movement have you been enjoying? let me know in the comments!☀️
