A 24-year-old patient presented with acute chest pain from costochondritis. Pain had been around for a while, but things got worse after a deep‑pressure therapy session. Since then, the pain has flared up more often, felt sharper, and become more reactive with movement or sleep, leading to increased discomfort.
𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Acupuncture points used were were PC6 and Ren17 and local points; the patient felt more soreness in the sternum later that day, which indicated how irritated the area already was.
𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲
The patient noted feeling an 85% reduction in symptoms and flare-ups after 3 visits; treatment has been ongoing.

𝑺𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒏 & 𝑲𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔
(𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑰)

Did you know that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, your memories aren’t just stored in your brain?
Your 𝑺𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒏 and 𝑲𝒊𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒚𝒔 actually play a huge role in how you think, remember, and process life.

The Spleen: Your “Right Now” Memory 💾💾💾

The Spleen is all about short‑term memory, focus, and clear thinking.
When it’s strong, you feel sharp and present.
When it’s tired, you might notice:
📍 Forgetting small things
📍 Feeling foggy
📍 Overthinking or looping thoughts
📍 Trouble concentrating

It’s like your Spleen is the part of you that helps keep your mind organized in the moment.
