You probably found me through a reel about p**ping, common symptoms you didn’t realize were symptoms, or something equally glamorous.

I’m glad you stayed.

A little about the handle: isn’t random.

Papaya was one of the first foods that actually helped heal my heartburn and bloating. Foods have powerful healing properties and those digestive enzymes are no joke!

And Pilates (specifically hot Pilates) was what brought my confidence back and built real strength in my body and mind. So much so that I ended up becoming an instructor right before studios had to close in 2020. 🫠

Two things that changed everything for me. Back when I started my page in 2019, it felt like the right name and it stuck!

I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in gut health, hormones, and fatigue. I spent decades being told my symptoms were normal — the bloating, the debilitating period pain, the exhaustion, the migraines. Eventually I stopped waiting for answers and went looking for them myself. Finding the root cause route changed everything, and then I made it my career.

If you’re tired of guessing, Googling at midnight, and adding things to your supplement graveyard — that’s exactly what I’m here for.
