Yesterday, June 1, I attended an advisory board meeting at headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

The focus was on the potential implementation of emerging in vitro maturation (IVM) technologies in fertility clinics. It was a pleasure to be included alongside nine thought leaders and Ferring leadership in reproductive medicine for a full day of presentations and discussions on the past, present, and future of IVM.

We also enjoyed a lovely meal together 🍽️

I am grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new ones, and spend the day engaged in meaningful scientific discussion that continues to move our field forward. 🧡

Here in beautiful Miami with my girl boss dream team ☀️🌴💕

These embryologists bring both skill and heart to everything they do. Even on the busiest days, they stay focused, composed, and committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients. 🧬

It’s inspiring to work alongside a team that truly cares, supports one another, and takes such pride in their work.

Another highlight from my recent trip to in New Jersey.

My embryology lab team is truly exceptional.

Their chemistry is unmatched—they work seamlessly together, support one another, and genuinely enjoy spending time as a team. That kind of environment doesn't just happen, and it shows in everything they do.

Their performance speaks for itself, with KPls that are second to none. And their ICSI fertilization rates? Simply outstanding—l've rarely seen results like theirs.

Spending time with some of my incredible lab team at Associates of New Jersey in Hasbrouck Heights 🧬

I’m here monthly, and I realized it was about time I shared just how special this group is. My andrology and endocrine team works 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with unwavering dedication and professionalism.

What stands out just as much as their work ethic is their spirit—consistently cheerful, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s a true pleasure to work alongside them and see the impact they make every single day. 🧡

During Lab Professionals Week 🧬✨ (April 19-25) we recognize and celebrate the incredible work of laboratory professionals whose expertise, precision, and dedication often happen behind the scenes, but are essential to every aspect of patient care.

In reproductive medicine, lab professionals play a critical role in every step of the IVF process. From the meticulous handling of specimens and embryos to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, their work directly impacts outcomes and helps make family-building possible.

I have the privilege of working alongside some of the most skilled and committed lab teams in our field. Their attention to detail, resilience, and passion for excellence continue to inspire me every day. 🧡

To all laboratory professionals, thank you for the vital work you do and the difference you make in so many lives.

This week is National Infertility Awareness Week 🧡

Infertility is more common than many realize, and for those experiencing it, the journey can be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging. It is a path that often requires resilience, patience, and support.

As an embryologist, I have the privilege of working behind the scenes, but always with patients at the center of everything we do. Every protocol, every detail in the lab, and every advancement in technology is driven by one goal: helping individuals and couples build the families they dream of. 🧬

This week is about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and recognizing the strength of those navigating this journey. You are not alone.

Reflecting on a wonderful visit to Emory Reproductive Center in warm and sunny Atlanta last week ☀️

I was honored to present Grand Rounds to the Department of GYN/OB, speaking on “50 Years of Progress in Clinical Embryology” to an engaged audience of residents, fellows, and faculty. 🧬

Spending several days with this group, touring the lab, and exchanging ideas was both rewarding and energizing. These opportunities to connect, learn from one another, and continue advancing our field are always meaningful.

I also had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious dinner with part of the Emory team. Such an academic, collaborative, and genuinely fun group! 🍽️
