Amaizink Art Abstract illustrations psychedelic patterns a modern day Rorschach test Maize is an Alumnus of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's class of 2007.

For the past 2 years I have decided to showcase my extensive library of abstract imagery and designs. These pieces are drawn using fine point ink pens or painted. They are then reflected, mirrored and flipped to make another image, sometimes several. They are themed around the idea of intentional and sporadic flow of lines. Some viewers have even mentioned that they see it as a type of modern Rorschach test. It is up to the viewer's own perception to ‘See what they want to see’ in these images. Taking the time to pour over a design or even a momentary glance can yield a new perspective to the viewer. You will see new images moments, weeks or even years later.

First week in San Miguel De Allende and birthday art cation gift to myself MADE Creatives in Residence . So far a wonderful time with exceptional food vibrancy and ample rest . So excited to continue the next three weeks with exciting classes in paper mache, singing, and tinsmithing . I love myself so much and those that loves and care about me also. Grateful for those in my life and my career steadily climbing and dedication to autonomy and my artist and spiritual journey that has lead me all over the world this past decade and beyond. I promised my self a different celebration in different cultures and countries for all of my 30’s . I keep beautiful promises to myself and thru honoring mt ancestors and my life is powerful , restful and restorative because of it.

Last year I was disabled for my birthday. The year before I was too sick to do anything . Quickly I came to realize
Anything and anyone who can’t show the level of attentive love and care I give myself , no longer exist in my world. All the best to me Viva Maize !
