Peanut butter!? Well, color me intrigued!!

Once more, due to annual popular demand, we like to share Rosa Parks’ pancake recipe on 🥞 National Pancake Day. 🥞 Jotted down on an envelope, it came to the Library along with the rest of her papers, a gift made possible by the generosity of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation in 2016.

YES! We do have Duck eggs in stock! Finally!

They have big, rich yolks and are excellent for baking! They make oh-so-fluffy omelets, DECADENT fresh pasta, amazing deviled eggs!

Plus, if you've ever been told you're allergic to specifically chicken eggs, duck eggs might be a viable alternative!

YES 🥚 WE 🍳 HAVE 🐣 EGGS!

We have yummy extra farm FRESH chicken eggs (both white and brown), big 'ol duck eggs with that extra big yolk that gives a silky feel to any dish, and teensy tiny quail eggs if you want a more fairycore option!

We have a limited supply of EMPTY ostrich eggshells if you're into oology (yes, that's the real name for the study of eggshells).

We don't have fresh emu eggs this year. :( :( :( If you know anyone who has laying emus we'd be delighted to do business!!
