💪💪 I have been getting so many messages lately about "what can I do to loose weight " and my simple answer is : You have to work hard, aside from your diet. If you are "stalling" , work harder. You would know if you need a break. And I am not saying work harder to be mean, I'm saying it because over the last 3 years I have had to constantly push past some of the hardest workouts, even starting from the basics. I have to still this day, physically and mentally push my limits. That's the only way to change, you cant be okay with being comfortable anymore. Comfortable is when you rest, it's when you are okay and nothing can harm you. Being uncomfortable is taking risks, even sometimes hating the workout nut knowing it's in your best interest, it's getting out of your head and putting yourself to work.
Weight Is just a Number, it's important for size!! It's not easy but worth Changing!!
