Halisi Ali El is a visionary storyteller, healing practitioner, and advocate for emotional truth and transformation. Rooted in lived experience, her work bridges the sacred and the practical—guiding individuals, especially mothers, toward deeper self-awareness, resilience, and personal power.

As the author of I Dreamed I Was a Dragonfly, Halisi uses storytelling as a pathway for healing, weaving themes of transformation, identity, and inner wisdom. Her creative work reflects her commitment to nurturing the emotional and spiritual development of children and families, particularly within the Black community.

Through her healing services, Halisi offers emotional awareness coaching, intuitive guidance, and sacred spaces for reflection and growth. She is the creator of Emotional Alchemy for Mothers, a signature program designed to support women in transmuting pain into clarity, strength, and intentional living—especially those raising Black children.

Her journey through profound life challenges, including serious illness, has deepened her mission: to help others reclaim their authority, honor their truth, and cultivate environments that support true healing—not just survival.
Halisi’s work is both a calling and a movement—centered on love, liberation, and the radical act of choosing oneself

Your emotions are not separate from your business.
They live in your decisions, your boundaries, your confidence, and your capacity to receive.
When emotions go unacknowledged, they show up as burnout, inconsistency, self-doubt, and blocked growth.
When they are honored and integrated, they become wisdom, clarity, and power.
As an Emotional Wellness Coach, I support entrepreneurs, leaders, and caregivers in tending to their inner world so their outer work can thrive.
Because how you feel impacts how you lead, create, and sustain everything you touch.
✨ Your business deserves a regulated, rooted, emotionally supported you.
If you’re ready to build from alignment instead of exhaustion, I’m here.
— Halisi

You don’t have to carry your story alone. Whether you’re navigating emotional blocks, rewriting your narrative, or seeking to feel more grounded in your truth, I offer a safe and sacred space to explore, release, and rise.

✨ A note for the healers ✨
At some point, constantly identifying as the healer can quietly become a cage.

When you dwell in the healer archetype too long, you can start unconsciously needing pain—yours or others’—to feel purposeful. You stay in repair mode instead of creation mode. You keep tending wounds instead of living the life you healed for.

You were never meant to only hold space.
You were meant to occupy space.
There is a time to be the healer…
and a time to be the artist, the leader, the lover, the builder, the receiver.

Evolved healing looks like:
• choosing joy without guilt
• resting without explaining
• creating without fixing
• letting wholeness be enough

This is the work we do inside Divine Generations Life Coaching not fixing you, but supporting your return to fullness, embodiment, and self-trust.

You don’t have to abandon your gifts.
You just don’t have to live inside them.
If this resonates, sit with it.
And when you’re ready, come practice living—not healing—with me. 🌿

You don’t have to carry your story alone. Whether you’re navigating emotional blocks, rewriting your narrative, or seeking to feel more grounded in your truth, I offer a safe and sacred space to explore, release, and rise.

🌈 Feelings Matter — For You and Your Child 🌈

One of the most powerful things we can do as parents and caregivers is learn to recognize what we're feeling and help our children do the same.

When we understand our emotions, we can better identify our triggers, regulate our responses, and connect with our children in ways that build trust, safety, and understanding—even during challenging moments.

💛 Are you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, joyful, worried, calm, excited, or disconnected?

💚 What might your child be feeling beneath their behavior?
Behavior is often communication. The more emotionally aware we become, the more compassion and curiosity we can bring into our relationships.

I've created these two simple Feelings & Colors Cheat Sheets to help you and your child begin exploring emotions together. Use them as conversation starters, daily check-ins, or tools for emotional regulation and connection.

✨ Try asking:
🎨 "What color matches your feelings today?"

💭 "Where do you feel that emotion in your body?"

❤️ "What do you need right now?"
Building emotional vocabulary helps children develop self-awareness, resilience, and healthy communication skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
Let's raise emotionally intelligent families—one feeling, one conversation, and one color at a time.

✨Men please understand Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and regulate one's emotions and understand the emotions the others. A high EQ helps you to build relationships, reduce team stress, defuse conflict and improve job satisfaction.
