Beginning this season with inspiration and self reflection
Motivated by so many people who have the courage to continue to work towards a more sustainable future
Even in the face of challenges and uncertainty

Remembering what it feels like to believe
Trusting that all is possible
For the self, and all others

Embracing the anchoring of Mother Earth
Surrendering to the knowing within
Choosing to hope and love
While preparing for the work ahead

This is a time of great discernment
A time to release from a place of clarity and truth
Stepping forward with integrity
Aligning to make the world better by existing
In the truest way possible
For self and others

We are not alone
We are better together
We are all good medicine
We are all capable of kindness and love
Even when the world doesn’t always reflect it back to us

Be willing to listen
Be willing to share
Be willing to be

Give your attention
To your intuitive wise one within
To your powerfully magnetic heart

…

Sharing the upcoming offerings for the beginning of this season with respect and gratitude

May you be held, accompanied and protected 🙏🏼💛

July arrived with an urgency that was evident
Bringing in revelations to support in our recalibration
Of relationships, purposes, practices and opinions

Amidst the challenges of fast moving energies
There is opportunity
To allow the mind, body and spirit to adjust in a new way
Calling in alignment from the heart
Calling in peace in spite of the circumstances
Not to bypass or make less of what is impacting us
To declare with our own truth, what it is we are capable of
To understand our capacity to be in the duality of our existence
In fear, and hope
In joy, and grief
In love, and despair

And just as quickly as the month began, our visiting teachers got to work with healing sessions
🪶 Sofía Díaz Hernández is offering Limoias & Cura de Susto
🤲🏼 Eusebia “Evi” Díaz Hernández is providing Masajes
🎶 Malinalxochitl is here this week to facilitate Song Circle & Medicine Prayers

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful teachers with us at this time to accompany us in our growth and healing

Join an upcoming workshop or circle
Or schedule your 1:1 session

We are welcoming this season with clarity and excitement
Meeting the moment for the community that aligns with these offerings of heart centered circles, ancestral healing and compassionate rituals

In PNW we honor the power of the sun on this solstice in celebration of the sun and longer days

May we rise in our authenticity
May we shine in our hearts
May we trust in our inner knowing
May we be able to see the light in each other
With love and grace
Creating an opportunity for belonging
And know that all healing we focus on as one,
Is supportive of the other

On this day we connect to the essence of the new moon
And we remember our own ability to see beyond the clouds

What is beginning now, after the winter teachings?
Who feels safe and loving after all that has been revealed?
How can we align our mind, heart and spirit to be true to ourselves?

In this week of many cosmic events, mirroring the intensity of the human experience, may we find ourselves breathing in the moment with clarity and grace

May we step into our power as we experience rebirth - of self and the collective
May your dreams come through with strength and boldness
May this incoming season allow you to live freely, ignited by your light
May we continue to remember and reflect as we step forward into the new cosmic year
May we become the community we seek and need
May the love you give return to you in its most expansive form

We will be gathering this weekend to be in heart centering community space in reverence and celebration for ourselves and each other. With gratitude and appreciation for the last winter snow we just received in our area, to the flowers blossoming through it all, we will align to the spring equinox and the spirit of forward momentum.

On the eve of this solar eclipse and initiation of the eclipse portal…

May you be able to anchor
to the grounding of Mother Earth
*
May you be able to see the light
filtering through the darkness
*
May you be able to find peace within
through the noise
*
May you be able to just be
trusting you are worthy
*
May you be held, guided and connected
throughout the transformation

In preparation for these times ahead, we have been working to strengthen our relationships to self and others through the reveal, unraveling and unlearning in order to move forward with new information. This wisdom is earned and shared with the collective as a way of promoting new understanding and healing.

As we reclaim and nurture our values
We can step into our medicine with new perspectives
Knowing that we are responsible and committed to what we focus on
Allowing ourselves to be devoted and dedicated to what we honor

This shifting ahead energy arriving is within the eclipse portal, and the new season of Pisces - preparing us for incoming spring equinox. As nature is preparing, so are we.

We are the nourishing soil fed through introspection
We are the flowing river connected through alignment
We are the dancing wind felt through movement
We are the glowing fire strengthened through creation

Arrive to these circles with an open and expansive mind
To be heart centered and compassionate
Knowing we are all good medicine

The new season is arriving with a lot to reveal. This will continue supporting our transformational approach to healing, as we shift from this eclipse portal to the new ways we each create and contribute to the community that we live and serve.

Remembering…
We are capable of understanding and healing.
We are open to receive and share.
We are able to transmute in order to create and heal.
We hare here to balance through growth and learning.
We are here to expand awareness for self and the collective.

While the world is hard to navigate and take in these days, we have been challenged before, and so have our ancestors.

For those in this work of healing through awareness, embodiment and expansion - you are not alone.

When we gather together with the purpose of healing in community, we anchor our thoughts and emotions for the greater good.
