This 47 year old female disliked the loose and fatty appearance of her abdomen and heavy sagging appearance of her breasts. She was treated with a tummy tuck, liposuction of the waist and hips, a breast reduction and liposuction of the pre-axillary region. She is delighted with her new look. Post op photos were taken six months after surgery. The surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery frequently treat patients that are not at an ‘ideal’ body weight . Very few patients are at an ‘ideal’ body weight when they come to us. The changes that can be made with body contouring and cosmetic breast surgery give our patients the self-confidence to lose additional weight with diet and exercise.

This patient group presents with substantial tissue laxity after bariatric surgery and massive weight loss. The surgeons in our practice operate together to safely and efficiently complete these operations on an outpatient basis. This patient had a circumferential lower body lift, brachioplasty (arm lift), breast lift and augmentation done at a single operation. Several months later, she had a medial thighplasty (thigh lift) procedure. She is delighted with her surgical result !
