When was the last time you really saw clearly?
Not just the world around you.

Your eyes have been doing something extraordinary for hundreds of thousands of years.
They started as specialised skin cells — sensitive to motion, to light, to form.
And slowly, over millions of years, they became the most sophisticated cameras on the planet.
But here's what most people don't know:
The shape of your eyeball changes with stress.
The white of your eye connects directly to the dura mater inside your cranium — all the way down to your sacrum and coccyx.
Stress in your body shows up in your eyes.
I know this personally.
For years I needed reading glasses — almost +3.
I started working with my sphenoid, releasing tension in my cranial system.
Almost immediately, my eyesight improved.
Now? I'm nearly 80.
I don't need reading glasses at all.
Perfect eyesight — again.
This is not magic. This is how the body works.
And then there's the immune system.
During COVID, the entire world panicked.
Experts told you: distance, masks, sanitise, vaccines.
Nobody said the obvious thing:
Fear itself destroys your immune system.
A fight-flight response drives all your body's energy away from immunity.

That whole year, I kept teaching — every week.
No masks. No antiseptic.
Every class, we did a 15-minute thymus protocol.

Nobody got sick.
