My little girl is not a little girl anymore and with the back-to-school season here already my sessions have been a live saver managing all the emotions surfacing 🥲🫢
This momma’s heart is mourning an era with her cub and celebrating the incredible, kind, generous little soul she was blessed with in the form of a daughter.

Bringing to life has been a journey of unweaving…
of peeling back layers I didn’t even know I was holding.

A return beneath the surface, one that has been profound, transformative, and deeply personal.

Your Inner Luz is born from that integration.
From all the tools, practices, and experiences I’ve gathered along the way
coming back together into something whole.

This space exists for you to explore your depth
gently, honestly, and in your own way
so you can begin to move from a place that feels more aligned, more grounded, more you.

Today, at the Lemurian Lounge (thank you Jess ), I felt that fully.

Not only because the space alone created it
but because I’ve built the capacity to meet it.

To stay present.
To feel safe going deeper.
To receive what’s there without pulling away.

And that’s what this work has given me.

Not just beautiful experiences,
but the ability to actually be inside them.

✨ And that’s what I want to share through Your Inner Luz.

A few years ago, I was navigating a huge life transition. I felt completely disconnected from myself, unsure about my next step, and exhausted from trying to “hold it all together.”

I kept thinking: “Where do I even start? Who really gets what I’m going through?”

This is one of the many moments that planted the seed for Your Inner Luz. 🌿

I dreamed of creating a sacred space where womb carriers could pause, reconnect with their inner light, and feel supported through life’s most challenging seasons.

Now, I’m bringing that dream to life — and I want to build it with you.
