THIS THURSDAY, join our founder, Dr. Jay Harness speak at the NCBC Advocacy meeting about exercise and breast cancer

This virtual Zoom call is open to all!

We hope that you will join us in a conversation so fitting for National Cancer Survivors Month as Dr. Harness shares some of the shocking and resounding stats that show exercise increases survival rates and prevents recurrence.

It may be ‘easier’ than you think. Exercising in itself is not easy, and the mental element can be even harder, but just walking improves outcomes. No marathon training needed! Dr. Harness will talk about how just a little bit of concentrated and intentional exercise can do amazing things.

“Eat to live. Move to thrive. Connect to flourish.” — Dawn Mussallem

At Cancer Fitness, we believe healing goes beyond treatment. It’s found in the meals that nourish us, the movement that strengthens us, and the people who hold us up when life feels heavy.

Exercise matters. Nutrition matters. But love, support, and human connection are what help us truly flourish.

No one should face cancer alone.

This Men’s Health Month, we’re recognizing just some of the many men in our community choosing to prioritize their health one workout, one step, and one healthy decision at a time.

Movement is more than fitness.
It’s prevention. Confidence. Healing. Longevity.

And—maybe, maybe most importantly—it’s not often the easiest option. It takes perseverance and discipline to respect our bodies, push them, and protect them.

Here’s to EVERY man showing up for themselves and inspiring others to do the same.

For years, exercise was viewed as something that simply helped patients “feel better.” Today, emerging research is revealing something much bigger: movement may actually impact cancer biology at the cellular level.

From reducing recurrence risk to influencing exosomes and immune function, exercise is becoming one of the most exciting frontiers in precision cancer care.

The future of cancer treatment isn’t just medicine. It’s movement.

Jennifer’s story is a powerful reminder that movement is about so much more than fitness.

After treatment, exercise became part of her healing journey—not only helping reduce her risk of recurrence, but helping her regain energy, confidence, joy, and a sense of herself again. From walking to dance and HIIT workouts, every step became an act of strength and survivorship.

This is why exercise oncology matters.
