When I became and entrepreneur at 28, my body was in a constant state of dysfunction. Throw in late nights, manic sales, jam packed days with zoom calls speaking belief into others…I was run down worse than when I started.

I look back at many many achievements the last 13 years and I am filled with immense pride, but also a lot of regret. Those were some hard years.

I sacrificed my mental and physical health time and time again to pursue ranks, win competitions, and earn the spotlight so I was stage worthy.

I wasn’t living.
I couldn’t be present.
Time was fleeting and I was always behind.

I entertained relationships that drained me emotionally and financially.

I put myself dead last.

Until I didn’t.

I walked away from the easy 6 figure income.
I left behind the hustle.
I went all in on my own healing and reinvention.

Fast forward 2 years later and guess what?
I’m still successful without the chaos.

I pick and chose what companies I want to share without the pressure to be on top.

I have devoted all my time to being new creations to life each month outside of my comfort zone.

My family has expanded so my time has been needed in the home, where I’ve always shined.

While life isn’t as lavish as it used to be, what I’m rebuilding feels the most authentic and I’m no longer willing to sacrifice myself anymore.
