Raspberries are on the vine in Seattle. They’re legal… with a low glycemic index. While fruits are high in fiber, some are quite high in sugar. Raspberries are among the lowest, which keeps inflammation at bay. Lowest sugar fruits:
1. Lemon 🍋
2. Raspberry
3. Strawberry🍓
4. Blackberry
5. Kiwi 🥝
6. Grapefruit
7. Avacado

Fruits ranking highest in sugar? Mango, cherry 🍒 banana 🍌 orange 🍊
These should be eaten in moderation to manage blood sugar and inflammation.

Our intimate clinic is in North Seattle and serves a large scope of diagnoses. We are the proud two-time recipient of the Outstanding Practice Award from WOTA. Our five incredible therapists have specialized training in Structural Medicine, Fascia, Bowenwork, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Pilates, and Hand Therapy. We pride ourselves in exemplary clinical outcomes. If you have skills that complement these, we’re interested! We’re looking for someone committed to providing quality, holistic care with an enthusiasm to learn and collaborate. Manual skills, Women’s health & Hand Therapy preferred but not mandatory. We will consider someone with hand therapy experience that is actively studying for the hand certification exam. ⁠
