This immersive Sonoma wine country event begins with a one-hour sound bath led by The Celestial Voice and Blue Muse Sound Healing, designed to promote relaxation, balance, and connection through the frequencies of the instruments and deep listening.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of the Hamel estate, guests will enjoy a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, 8 gongs, Hand Pan, ethereal vocals, chimes and more!—no prior experience needed.
Following the sound bath, guests are invited to a seasonal light buffet and guided tasting of Hamel estate wines. This intimate, sensory-driven experience brings together sound, wine, and nature, highlighting the connection between land, energy, and biodynamic farming.

As we dive deep into the mystical meditative vibrations of SACRED SOUND!
Sound healing creates the space for self-healing and transformation using the power of vibration to re-harmonize the entire body to its most beneficial state. When we hear the frequencies, our cells become attuned to that vibration and this creates a harmonic state for healing within the body. The different frequencies emanated during the sound bath will help to quiet the mind, decrease stress and anxiety, improve sleep, release physical and emotional pain, restoring the body, mind and spirit to a greater state of balance, creating a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
You will bathe in a sonic symphony of mystical tones and vibrations produced by;Six Paiste Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Hand pan, Mono chord, Chimes galore, Rain Sticks, Ocean drum, Native drum, Sansula, Angelic Vocals & more. The vibrations will transport you on a deep mystical journey.
Please be mindful that the Sound bath starts promptly at 6:30pm. Doors close at 6:25 PM. No late comers will be admitted.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat/blanket/pillow/ water and anything else you need to be comfortable. Wear loose fitting casual clothing. Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the frequencies. By creating a comfortable cocoon, you will be able to fully reap the benefits of these sound vibrations.
