The theme of this weeks workshop will be Inner Child Healing!!! We will be making Vision Books and doing some healing work together, please read the slides/ description/ caption to see what you need to bring to class 🫶

Join us for
*guided meditation + gentle movement
*craft and creation time, begin to create your own “Vision Book” and bring home your project to be continued on your own time (the vision book is a combo of a vision board/ manifestation collage and a scrapbook/ junk journal a place to create, to have fun, and to bring spiritual inspiration into your art/ craft practice
*ending with a shamanic Journey meditation to connect with your Inner Child and receive Energy Healing
For Your Vision Book Creation
Please Bring the following materials
•Your Book to Create in (old book, used book, sketchbook or loose papers to create into a book later, we will be using collage materials so keep In mind the paper quality and thickness)
•Collage Materials (magazine+ newspaper clippings, junk journal materials, old artwork you want to collage, paper and scraps)
* Drawing+ Writing Materials *no paint please!*
Forgot to say on the flyer but please also bring
*glue sticks, stickers, and tape !!
* Grace will have some materials to play with please also bring your own !
* Snacks and Waterbottles are also encouraged (please try to avoid gluten + peanuts when bringing snacks to share as Grace has severe allergies, if unavoidable please Label Snacks)
