Employee Spotlight-
Roseann B Kiefer is the president/owner of Lampe & Kiefer Hearing Aid Center since 1991, purchasing it from her parents Richard & Ann Lampe. She is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1981. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business & an Associate of Arts Degree & became Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 1991. She also became a certified Dementia Practioner.
She has many areas of expertise including speech discrimination in noise, tinnitus rehab, specialty testing & fitting, counseling ( I always say she should be a marriage Counseler 😉), direct patient relationships…if you know her..you know she loves to talk to you!
She has numerous awards…just a few are
Who’s who in business, Best Boss, Best Hearing Instrument Office with The Highlands News Sun 2007-2025, Best Hearing Instrument specialist 2007-2025, too, Starkey Hearing Technologies awarded her Hall of Fame Award in 2015 along with many other recognitions.
Did you know she played professional football along with many years of softball. She was a certified High School Volleyball official & was also the Head Coach for Women’s Volleyball team at Webber College. She is also a huge animal lover.🐶😻
