Looking for a way to make a difference, earn extra income, and work a schedule that keeps your weekdays open?

Lasting Impressions is hiring **Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

💙 **Starting Pay: $18/hour**

💰 **Up to $1,500 in Bonuses**
• $500 Sign-On Bonus ($100 after 30 days, $200 after 90 days, $200 after 6 months)
• $500 Training Bonus at Level 2
• $500 Training Bonus at Level 3/Completion

📈 Complete our 158-hour online training plan and receive a **7% raise**!

🌴 Finish the training plan within your first 90 days and you can also jump-start your PTO accrual and receive **16 hours of PTO upfront**.

We currently have weekend openings that include:

🏠 **Smithton Home 1**
Saturday 7:00 AM through Sunday 10:00 AM
Break Sunday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Return Sunday 2:00 PM–11:00 PM

🏠 **Smithton Home 2**
Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM–11:00 PM

🎡 ACCESS DAY AT THE MISSOURI STATE FAIR! 🎠

We’re having such a great time at Access Day at the Missouri State Fair! From exploring the fairgrounds and checking out the activities to enjoying some good fair food, it’s a day full of fun, community, and new experiences.

At Lasting Impressions, we love opportunities that allow the individuals we support to get out, experience what our community has to offer, make their own choices, and simply be part of it all. ❤️

Access Day is a great reminder of how important it is to create communities where everyone has the opportunity to participate, belong, and make great memories along the way.
