WE need to nourish ourselves spiritually as well as physically.

Going within and connecting with yourself as a Soul - with your true being - is an essential spiritual nutrient.

Determine how frequently you want and need this connection for optimal harmony.

Set your ideal goal and your minimum goal. Too often we just set the ideal goal and judge ourselves if we don't reach it.
