Here’s what I’m bringing to the event…The body has an organic natural healing system that functions apart from logical thought. Think about it: when you cut your finger, do you need to focus 24/7 to create coagulation, a hardened scab, and the renewal of skin? No, you just do it.

I help people understand their trauma, which moves them through the natural healing system more effectively. When we experience the initial impact of trauma, everything in that moment stays with us: sights, smells, sensations, sounds, and tastes. Depending on the severity of the trauma, we can develop aversions, allergies, increase anxiety, and the list goes on.

We are meant to cycle through conflict to come to the healing period where we can experience the zero point, a point of neutrality- to begin to reframe and process triggers, emotions, and feelings. When you can understand your trauma, you can identify where you are in the healing cycle. From there, you can understand what you need in order to move forward. These realizations are their own healing cycle about why these experiences are happening.

Ultimately, the brain and body are trying to heal you, and you can assist in this process. Through this interview, I explain the principle of the natural healing cycle more in depth.
