Not every alarm is a warning.

Sometimes your body is scanning because it learned it had to.

Looking for the shift.
The change in tone.
The thing that might go wrong.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong now.

Pause.
Feel your feet.
Slow the exhale.

Listen to your body without obeying every fear it sends you.

You can notice the alarm without becoming the alarm.

give your body something real to feel.

Choose three textures around you.

Something smooth.
Something rough.
Something soft.

Add one drop of Cedarwood to a tissue or scent strip and place it nearby.
Let its warm, woody presence become part of the ritual.

Touch each texture slowly.

Don’t rush through it.
Notice the temperature.
The edges.
The weight against your fingertips.

Then inhale gently.
Exhale longer.

Truth: nature is far more specific than that.

Leaf.
Flower.
Root.
Peel.
Wood.
Resin.

Each part carries its own chemistry.
Its own character.
Its own relationship with the body.

The oil from the leaf is not the same as the oil from the root.
The peel does not speak the same language as the flower.
The resin carries something entirely its own.

The part of the plant matters.
