The CBD prohibition created an unexpected opportunity for me to pause, reflect, and redefine the next chapter of my work.

As of this past week, we officially crossed the six-month threshold before Arizona’s anticipated Full-Spectrum CBD prohibition period begins.

For many of our patients, this realization has brought up an important question:

UPDATE: The proposed amendments to overturn the Federal H**p Law restrictions did NOT pass.

This means the countdown continues...

As of May 11th, 2026, we officially enter the final six months before Full-Spectrum CBD oil is expected to disappear from legal availability in the United States. All states will be subject to the new THC restrictions, which will make 95% of the current CBD products being manufactured illegal.

The oil that has been helping so many of you for years is going away. Based on current projections, patients should prepare for a potential minimum one-year prohibition period where access to true Full-Spectrum products will be unavailable altogether.

For many of our patients, this isn’t just about wellness supplements — it’s about maintaining quality of life, sleep, comfort, mood balance, nervous system support, and daily stability.

That is why we have created our new “Survival Bundles” designed specifically to help patients responsibly prepare for the transition period ahead.
