The lung sound is SSSS or SHHHH or for severe stagnation Shahng. If you have diminished lung capacity or congestion, begin with one of the above sounds to clear through vibrating the organ. How to vibrate an organ? Bring your attention to it, feel that it IS alive, and feel sensation as much as you can in that area. Your attention will direct the vibration to the organ along the bones. Use your hands in front of the organ (lungs) to intensify the energy in the area and open the hands as you make the sound. Minimum of 9 times!
