Afterglow is an incredibly powerful lotion. Consistent use has shown noticeable results within 5 minutes to 3 days of usage. For those of you who are not yet familiar with Afterglow, here’s the actual story:
A few years ago, we were in Ouray, Colorado - a town that is known for its powerfully healing mineral hot springs. When I experienced the best night’s sleep of my life several nights in a row after soaking in these springs, I decided that I needed to find a way to bottle this feeling of peace and wellness. I went online and looked up the minerals that are in the Ouray hot springs and discovered that they contain lithium (and much more).

Inhibits GSK-3: It blocks an enzyme called glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3), which helps stabilize the internal biological clock and reduces cellular stress.
3. Reducing Brain Inflammation
Shields Neurons: Lithium blocks inflammatory proteins and prompts the brain to produce protective factors like Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF). This actually helps repair and grow brain structures that control emotions, like the hippocampus.

What it can effectively support is saturating tissues with full-spectrum colloidal minerals, magnesium, and lithium in order to convey to the nervous system that you are safe and calm.
