90 minutes — $120 (regular $170)

Massage is more than a luxury. It is one of the most supportive ways to help the body settle, release, and return to balance.

Michelle’s work is calming, grounded, and deeply nurturing. Her sessions can support nervous system regulation, relieve physical tension, emotional overwhelm, and an overactive mind, while addressing that feeling of carrying too much for too long.

Massage may also support healthy circulation, lymphatic flow, immune system balance, better rest, and a greater sense of ease in body, mind and heart.
