This work is about learning how to listen deeply, stay grounded when someone else isn’t, recognize when to get curious and when to stabilize when stabilization is needed. It is about asking the kinds of questions that help people discover what is true for themselves.
Sometimes the most skillful thing you can say is, “I don’t know. Let’s explore it.”
