🚫 Stop Touching Your New Piercing! 💖🔪
Want a fast, happy, drama-free heal? You have to respect the No-Touch Rule.
I know, it's tempting to wiggle it, spin it, or check the crusties. DON'T. The absolute best thing you can do for your new sparkle is leave it entirely alone.

The Rules

Move Less, Heal Faster: Every time you touch, wiggle, or spin your jewelry, you tear the delicate, healing skin forming inside the piercing channel. This introduces bacteria and causes irritation bumps.

Sleep Like a Vampire: Do not, under any circumstances, sleep directly on your new piercing. Get a travel pillow or a donut pillow to protect it. Pressure is the enemy!

The Only Cleanse: Use only your sterile saline spray (which I recommend, ask me if you need one!) and let the water run over it in the shower. Nothing else. No soap, no alcohol, no peroxide!

MOST IMPORTANTLY: IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR PIERCING, ASK YOUR PIERCER! DON'T IGNORE IT!

You have a perfect piece of jewelry, now let your body do its job! Follow the rules, and you'll have a beautifully healed piercing that looks amazing.

The Comfort Coach: Nervous? Don't be. I’m an ex-doula, which means I’m an expert at coaching you through your breathing and keeping you completely calm and at ease through any procedure.
The Technique: I’m aggressively left-handed. Due to a brachial plexus injury, I customize your setup, often having clients lie down for piercings that are usually done sitting up. It's the safest and most precise way for me to work, ensuring your comfort is always the priority.
The Family Business: When I'm not in the shop, I'm with my husband, the talented tattoo artist, Thoros Brady, and 3 little monsters. We're dedicated to high-quality art and killer customer service.
