Good morning my people!!

Today makes 5 weeks with this new kidney!! Yes there have been some setbacks in my recovery but I’m so blessed to have this new shot at life!

Thinking about the day I got the call, it was so unexpected. Just like the day I was told I was dying unless I started dialysis! I woke up thinking this-

We spend too much time saying we’ll do things tomorrow, next week, or when life slows down. Truth is, life doesn’t wait on anybody. Make that call, spend time with your family, and quit putting off what matters because it can all change in the blink of an eye.

Here’s my challenge this Sunday. Whether you’re sitting in church or sitting at home, don’t let today be just another day. Reach out to somebody, make something right, or take that step you’ve been putting off. Whatever you do, MAKE TODAY COUNT!!

Don’t let another day pass with nothing changing but the date on the calendar!

Good morning, family and friends!

Heavenly Father, thank You for waking us up this morning and blessing us with another day. Lord, I ask that You watch over everyone reading this. You know the battles they’re fighting, the worries they’re carrying, and the prayers they haven’t spoken out loud. Bring peace where there’s worry, healing where there’s pain, and strength where there’s weakness. Remind us that no matter what today brings, You’re already there waiting on us.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen! 🙏

I just got insurance through a partner with COBRA, which is a relief, but it comes with a heavy price tag. The premiums are high, and right now with everything else going on, it’s more than I can carry alone. So I’m asking for help to help cover the next 3 months of insurance (I’ll be out for about that long before I can find a job), and honestly, any help means so much. Even if you can’t give, a share means a lot. Thank you for standing with me and keeping me in your prayers. Truly grateful.

Not really a fan of this crowd funding but after seeing a 17 year old raise over 10k because he felt overwhelmed and needed a day off, I figured why not… it looks like I’m having to pay the next round of meds cash.. and that’s pricey.
