🌿 SUNDAY RESET 🌿

One of the most powerful things we can do for our nervous system is pause.

Not to be productive.

Not to catch up.

Not to get ahead.

Just to rest.

For our family, Sundays are about God, church, family, and resetting for the week ahead.

God designed our bodies to need rhythms of work and rhythms of rest. Yet so many of us spend our weeks rushing from one responsibility to the next, carrying stress, tension, and endless to-do lists. Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is give ourselves permission to slow down.

Today, take a few moments to step away from the noise. Spend time in prayer. Read your Bible. Enjoy a meal with your family. Take a walk. Sit on the porch with a cup of coffee. Let your mind and body exhale.

In a world that constantly tells us to do more, there is wisdom in slowing down long enough to remember what matters most.

As you prepare for the week ahead, I hope you find time today to rest, reflect, and be refreshed.

Real Life Wednesday 🤍

Our clinic…. Let me just get real for a moment…

Sometimes people see the posts… the supplements… the encouragement… the vision… and assume everything behind the scenes is smooth and easy.

But real life doesn’t usually work that way 😅

This season has stretched us in ways I never expected.

We poured so much into building our little clinic space on our property — time, money, prayer, energy, vision… only to run into zoning and permit issues we never saw coming. 😭

There have been moments I’ve sat in my office overwhelmed wondering:
“Lord… what are You doing?”

And if I’m being really real?
Yes… I’ve cried over drywall 🤣. A LOT

But somewhere in the middle of all of it… God keeps reminding me:

✨ The mission hasn’t changed just because the path did. ✨

We still believe in helping people.
We still believe the body was designed beautifully.
We still believe truth, nourishment, faith, and healing matter.
We still believe hurting people need hope.

And honestly… maybe this whole season has been teaching me that Abundant Life was never supposed to be about a building anyway.

It’s about PEOPLE.
The messages.
The prayers.
The conversations.
The moms trying to figure out healthier choices.
The exhausted women.
The families looking for answers.
The people who just need someone to say:

“You’re not crazy. Your body matters. Your story matters too.”

So if you’re in a season where things don’t look how you thought they would…

You’re not failing.

Sometimes God redirects before He reveals.

Anyway… that’s today’s Real Life Wednesday 🤍
