MOONPIE BANANA PUDDING
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 cups milk (I used 2%, but I am sure it calls for WHOLE)
1 (5.1 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding (or a small box each of vanilla and banana)
6 Original or Double-Decker Moon Pies, cut into squares or wedges
6 bananas, sliced
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed or equal amount of whipped cream
Mix up pudding cream cheese milk then layer pudding moonpies and bananas whip cream on top

Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes 🍍✨

Ingredients:
For the topping:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
12 maraschino cherries, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks (or crushed pineapple, drained)

Candy Apple Jelly 🍎🍬

ingredients:
- 4 cups no sugar added apple juice 🍎
- ½ cup red hot candies 🍬
- 1 package fruit pectin 📦
- 4 ½ cups sugar 🍬

instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine the apple juice, red hot candies, and pectin. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly ♨️.
2. Stir in the sugar 🥄.
3. Return to a rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly ⏰.
4. Remove from heat 🔥. Skim off any foam and undissolved candy 🥄.
5. Pour the hot liquid into hot jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace 🫗.
6. Wipe the jars, apply lids and rings 뚜껑.

Pineapple Cowboy Candy – Sweet, Spicy & Totally Addictive Pickled Pineapple Bites 🍍🌶️🌿

🧾 Ingredients (Makes 2–3 Jars):
For the pineapple-jalapeño mixture:
3 cups fresh pineapple , peeled and finely diced
1 cup jalapeño peppers , thinly sliced (leave seeds in for more heat or remove for mild)
For the brine:
2 cups apple cider vinegar

1 (4-serving size) package instant chocolate pudding mix

½ cup evaporated milk

Ingredients (Makes 8 mini pizzas):

8 slices frozen garlic Texas toast

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

16–24 slices pepperoni (2–3 per toast)

Optional toppings: sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, red pepper flakes
