🌈 Disability Pride Month 🌈

This July, we celebrate Disability Pride Month by recognizing the strength, resilience, diversity, and contributions of people with disabilities.

Every person deserves respect, equal opportunities, accessibility, and the freedom to live authentically.

Let’s challenge stereotypes, promote inclusion, and create communities where everyone can thrive. Together, we can replace barriers with opportunities and stigma with understanding.

💙 Disability is not inability.
🤝 Inclusion benefits everyone.
✨ Every voice matters. Every story deserves to be heard.

TRUST YOUR GUT!!

When I got diagnosed with HIV, I was not demonstrating any symptoms that would have me believe I had HIV.

Yet something felt *off* in my body, in my spirit and that is what prompted me to get tested.

God gave us all discernment and intuition- listen to it!

Because even though you might not have HIV you might have something else that requires immediate medical attention.

Don’t wait till it’s too late.

God bless you

💙 Happy Father’s Day & Men’s Health Month 💙

This Father’s Day, BBWC celebrates all fathers, father figures, and the men who show up every day for their families and communities.

As we honor the strength, love, and guidance of fathers, we also recognize Men’s Health Month, a reminder that taking care of your health is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and your loved ones.

Men, your health matters. Make time for regular checkups, know your status, prioritize your mental health, and take steps toward a healthier future.

Today, we celebrate the men who care for others and encourage them to care for themselves, too. 💙

Happy Father’s Day!
