One year ago I decided to add a new career path and education to my current roll. I started Acupuncture school on September 8th, 2025. It’s typically a 2 year program, with an option to finish in a year.. I decided the most challenging option was my best fit. Almost exactly one year later, I’ve competed the program. Just shy of 365 days..

✨Never stop adding to your life. Age is just a number. Timelines are a joke. Do what you can, while you still can! Learning new things increases your neuro plasticity, which lessens your chances of developing age related brain diseases later in life.

✨So finally I can say, 🙌🏼I am now an Oklahoma Licensed Acupuncturist.

👎Tension headaches can be a pain in the neck.. literally. There’s a muscle that attaches behind your ear and runs down your shoulder blade. Usually flared up by stress, anxiety, fatigue, intense workouts, a change in weight, etc, severe side headaches, or tension headaches can occur.

✨Acupuncture can help tremendously by reducing pain and inflammation in the muscle fibers and increasing overall muscle relaxation. By stimulating the nervous system to relax, muscles will “let go” and tension headaches can disappear.

🫶🏼Additional soft tissue work, including isolated massage work of the shoulder, neck, and upper back will leave you more relaxed, and tension free.
