Who’s running in the 10th Anniversary of Right To Run? ✋🏽🤚

Good luck to all of our members and clients who are participating in this great community event. Pat yourselves on the back for getting in movement and community involvement. Being a part of something bigger than ourselves is a beautiful thing ❤️

Look 👀 out for the top runners tomorrow because we have a sneaky suspicion we know who some of them will be!!! A lot of mile time chat today at Kabari Wellness Institute and wow!!! They have been sticking to the plan and training hard!

Recovery is key in training! Tomorrow Kabari Wellness Institute will be open 7am- 2pm so feel free to stop by and utilize our Restorative Functional Center before or after your run!!! We have Normatec Compression Boots, Red Light Therapy with vibration plate and an Infrared Salt Sauna for all your recovery and relaxation needs!!
