Yesterday we found an injured seagull outside of the Seneca Falls Health Center. The bird had a fish hook in his foot and fishing line around its wing. Thank you for the quick action of one of our T10 DC students, Jacob and our security guard Bruce for removing the fish hook and line. Another thank you to Melissa Baxter for transporting the bird and Morgan from the Finger Lakes Raptor Center who is caring for the bird.

It has been a busy month for Seneca Falls Health Center chiropractic students and faculty providing complimentary chiropractic care at local community events. The Krossin Keuka event is a local family swim event to raise money for the Keuka comfort care home. Over $100,000 was raised this year for this wonderful organization. Chiropractic students along with Dr. Michael Baxter, Dr Laura Passamonte and Dr Corey Marone provided chiropractic care to over 200 race participants at the Boilermaker this weekend in Utica! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to give back to our community!

Friday, May 1: Please note the Seneca Falls Campus is OPEN today, including the Seneca Falls Health Center.

Yesterday one of our outlying academic buildings on the Seneca Falls Campus experienced a small fire, with minimal damage. The impacted Academic 2 building is closed for repair but the rest of the campus is OPEN today, including the Seneca Falls Health Center.

Thank you to the SFFD and all first responders for your outstanding work, and to all for your patience.

Chiropractic students planned a spine and skeleton activity for Bring Your Child(ren) to Work Day on April 23, which is an annual event held on the fourth Thursday in April each year.
