The Prana Momma I am an energy healer and meditation teacher. I provide intuitive readings. I am an empath. As of 2024 I am a Certified Master Reiki Practitioner.

I received my Associate Certified Pranic Healer Certification in January of 2018.

During times of illness, treatment, surgery, or recovery, Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and receive. It can provide a quiet space for the mind and body to settle while offering emotional and spiritual support during what may be a stressful or uncertain time.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment. Rather, it can be offered alongside the care you are already receiving — supporting the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. 🤍

Reiki can be a gentle companion on your healing journey.
