HOPS Therapys Services provides Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Certified Hand Therapy and Neurological Rehabilitation for common diagnoses including: Sports and Work Injuries, Joint Replacement, Sciatica, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, Tendonitis (i.e. How Does Therapy Work? An evaluation is completed to assess your problems and develop a plan to meet your goals. Next, treatment is performed individually that inlcudes hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise and education. Finally, discharge occurs when your goals are met. Meet our new DPT Jack! Here is a little about him... My name is Jack White, I am from Rocky River OH, where I grew up playing sports for the Rocky River Pirates. I played football and baseball, and decided I was going to continue playing baseball for the University of Mount Union. I graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I attended Mount Union again for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and graduated in May of 2026! I began working at HOPS in June, and I love working with young adults and athletes. I am certified in dry needling and have experience in sports rehab, geriatrics, and general outpatient therapy!
