One of the things I’m most grateful for in this career is the people I get to meet. I love the artistry, education, and clinical side of aesthetics, but getting to know each person who sits in my chair is what makes this work so special.

Everyone comes with their own story, their own goals, and their own season of life. I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with even a small part of that.

Let's be honest- it's not linear! The first week looks a little like this:

Day 1: They’ll look big, shiny & maybe a little crazy. Totally normal! Give it 24–48 hours.
Days 2-5: Bruising may show up! Everyone is different. Hydrate + be patient!
Days 5-10: The perfect plump! This is the sweet spot. Plump, juicy & feeling your best. Take all the selfies!
Week 2+: Swelling goes down, everything softens & you see your final gorgeous results.
