If it has been awhile since you have been in, let’s catch you up a bit.

We have so many new Spring teas and shakes and have you tried one of my COFFEE shakes?

I know that you guys are all sneaking out to those coffee places thinking that you can’t have a healthy breakfast with a shot of coffee in them so you might as well go blow 600 calories on a coffee laden with fat & sugar, BUT did you know that I can make you a shake that has all of the protein, vitamins and minerals that your body needs as well as delivering that sweet coffee taste and caffeine, too!
