This week our residents participated in a cardio drumming class! From start to finish, the room was filled with energy and the powerful combination of rhythm and motion.
Participants followed the beat while staying active, improving coordination, and boosting their mood—all at the same time. It’s amazing to see how music can bring everyone together and turn exercise into something so fun and uplifting!
