Riverdance Soapworks We are manufacturers of luxurious, handcrafted bath and body products. Rainier. We also have an eCommerce website.

Deb made her first kettle of soap in 1991 while living a "back to basics" livestyle, on a large farm in Eatonville, Washington, in the shadow of Mt. In 1996 she officially started Shepherd's Soap Co., and moved into a gift shop/factory on Highway 101 North, in the Olympic Peninsula Region. By the year 2000 she had outgrown the cozy little store, and moved to a much larger location in downtown Shelton. Trying to wear the various hats of manufacturer, marketing department, new product development, and retail storefront owner, all on her own, proved to be too demanding. So, in 2004, she relocated once again to a commercial factory where the company is presently located, as a manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer. Our retail outlet is at the Olympia Farmer's Market (open 4 days per week from April thru December). Over time, our product line has grown to include not only luxurious, moisturizing Soaps, but Bath Fizzies, Lip Balms, Solid Lotion Bars in roll-up tubes, Sweetcakes (sugar infused and encrusted soap blocks for awesome exfoliating), Coconut Milk Sugar Scrubs, fabulous Body Butters, refreshing Spritzers, uber-moisturizing fizzing Cocoa Butter Bath Truffles, Deodorant sticks, Bath Salts, and some Very European drawer sachet tablets.

🍂🌲 HELLO, AUTUMN. We’ve been waiting for you. 🌲🍂

The first day of fall has officially arrived, and here in the PNW, that means we’re entering our favorite kind of season…

Foggy mornings. 🌫️
Rain tapping on the windows.
Sweaters pulled out of the closet.
Misty forest walks beneath towering evergreens. 🌲
And that first really good excuse to stay home, light a candle, and get cozy.
And at Riverdance, it means something else is coming…

🍁 Our Fall & Winter Collection is almost here. 🍁

We’ve been busy behind the scenes creating the scents of the season—warm spices, crisp fruits, rich woods, cozy comforts, and wintery evergreens that make you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and stay awhile.

The shelves are about to smell very, very good. 😉
So grab your favorite sweater, embrace the gray skies, and get ready.
Cozy season has officially begun. 🍂🌲🌫️

📚🚌 Ahhh, back-to-school season… when the kids go back to school and somehow the parents get homework too. 😂

We’re talking permission slips, forgotten lunch boxes, school drop-offs, sports practices, reading logs, spirit days you find out about at 9 PM, and the inevitable…

“I need this for school tomorrow.”
Tomorrow?! You’ve known about this for TWO WEEKS. 😑

And then there’s homework.

Apparently, we don’t carry the one anymore, and “that’s not how my teacher does it” is now a perfectly acceptable response to the person trying to help. 😂
Parents, consider our Headache Roller part of your official back-to-school survival kit.

Roll it onto your temples and the back of your neck when the school-year chaos starts catching up with you.

Perfect for those “Wait… you need WHAT by tomorrow?” kind of evenings.
Because the kids may have gone back to school…
but somehow, we’re all enrolled. 🤦‍♀️📚

🏈💙💚 IT’S GAME TIME, 12s! 💚💙🏈

The first regular season game is here, and Seattle is kicking things off against New England! 🙌

Whether you’re heading to the stadium, firing up the grill, or claiming your spot on the couch, there’s one thing your game-day lineup needs:

🍺🧼 TOUCHDOWN B**R SOAP!

Made with real b**r and dressed in those unmistakable Pacific Northwest game-day colors, it’s practically required shower gear for football season. 😉

Grab a bar for yourself, your favorite 12, or add a few to your game-day hosting lineup. They also make a pretty great gift for the football fan who already has enough jerseys.

💙 Football is back.
💚 The 12s are ready.
