Sunday reset 🤍

This week reminded me that growth will always demand something from you.

My second semester of nursing school started and immediately my mind went into overdrive. Overstimulated. Tired. Mentally all over the place trying to balance school, motherhood, business, patients, content, responsibilities… life.

But one thing I’ve learned is that peace is something you have to intentionally return to.

For me, that looks like quiet mornings in my school parking lot reading my Bible before class. Praying before walking in. Taking a deep breath before my beautiful, intentional chaos day starts all over again.

Because behind Lumora, behind Injector Perla, behind all the pretty content and aesthetics… there’s still a woman trying her best to grow through every season without losing herself in the process.

And maybe somebody else needed this reminder too:
You do not have to have it all together to keep going.
