Calm As You Are I create safe spaces where people can reconnect with their truth, honor every emotion, and discover the strength that has always lived within them.

Through my words and presence, I help transform pain into purpose and authenticity into freedom. Sharing my personal journey as a healer, daughter, mother, wife, and grandmother — navigating the chaos and anxiety of everyday life while embracing love, laughter, and spiritual practices, and offering energy work, sound baths, guided meditations and customized practices to help you find stillness and light between moments.
