This is what I want for you, Love. Not a life where nothing ever goes wrong. Not a life where you never have responsibilities. Not a life where you stop being ambitious or powerful or determined. I want you to know exactly who the f**k you are. I want you grounded in your truth. I want you connected to your joy. I want you able to ask for what you desire and actually go after it. I want you to have a spine when something isn't right for you. I want you to trust yourself enough to let go. I want you to feel like a badass in your own life again. That's Radiance. That's the work. This is where the holding ends.

Love, when was the last time you let someone take care of you without feeling guilty about it? Not because you were sick. Not because you were falling apart. Not because you'd already done everything for everyone else. Just because you deserved to receive. You are allowed to have needs. You are allowed to ask for what you want. You are allowed to let someone else handle it. You are loved. You are whole. You are complete. You don't have to earn care by exhausting yourself first.

I know you're afraid to let go. Because somewhere along the way, your brain learned: If I don't handle it, something will go wrong. So you keep holding. You keep checking. You keep anticipating. You keep making sure everyone is okay. But here's the uncomfortable truth: you don't actually need certainty that nothing will ever go wrong. You need to trust that you can handle yourself when something does. That is a very different kind of safety. And that's where freedom begins.

Here's a question I want you to sit with: What are you carrying that isn't actually yours? Someone else's disappointment? Their anxiety? Their unfinished work? Their expectations? Their emotions? Their inability to plan ahead? Their discomfort with your boundaries? Love, you are not responsible for making everyone else okay. And I know that's scary because you've built a lot of certainty around being the one who handles things. But you don't have to keep taking responsibility for s**t that belongs to someone else.

Love, you don't have to be everyone's person anymore. You don't have to be the one everyone calls. You don't have to know what everyone needs before they ask. You don't have to manage everyone's emotions. You don't have to be the emotional support department for your entire family and workplace. You've spent so much of your life giving to everyone else. I'm here to tell you that you are allowed to receive, too. And no, that doesn't make you selfish. It makes you a woman who finally remembered that her own needs matter.
