Made with wholesome lentils, grated apple, rolled oats & a drizzle of maple syrup, these beauties are crispy on the outside and perfectly tender inside. 🤤

🛒 What you need:
✅ 1 cup cooked lentils
✅ 1 medium apple, grated
✅ ½ cup rolled oats
✅ ¼ cup chickpea flour
✅ Onion, garlic, sage, thyme & smoked paprika
✅ 2 tbsp maple syrup
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil

👨‍🍳 How to make it:
1️⃣ Pulse lentils, apple & oats in a food processor until slightly chunky
2️⃣ Mix in chickpea flour, onion, garlic, maple syrup & spices
3️⃣ Shape into patties
4️⃣ Fry in olive oil 4–5 mins each side until golden & crispy
5️⃣ Serve hot with toast or a full breakfast platter 🍽️
