Keep your custom orthotics feeling fresh! 👟

Cleaning them is easy:

1. Wipe with a soft cloth using mild dish soap and water.
2. Wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap.
3. Let them air dry completely before putting them back in your shoes.

⚠️ Don't soak your orthotics or use heat (hair dryers, fireplaces, etc.) to dry them. Excess moisture and heat can damage the materials and affect their performance.

A little care goes a long way in helping your orthotics last!

Did you know your orthotics may need to be retuned after a significant weight change? 👣

Every MojoFeet custom orthotic is tuned to your body weight, foot flexibility, and activity level. If your weight changes by about 15% or more, you may notice a difference in how your orthotics feel.

⬆️ Weight gain can cause the orthotic to feel less supportive.

⬇️ Weight loss can make it feel a little stiffer.

Here's the good news: We never want to punish somebody for losing weight, so if your patient needs their orthotic retuned for a lighter weight you can send it back (no matter how long it’s been) and we’ll take some plastic off to make it more flexible and tuned for the new weight.

One of the questions we hear most often: "How long does it take to get used to orthotics?" 👣

For most people, the adjustment period is just a few days to a few weeks. We recommend gradually increasing your wear time to help your body adapt comfortably.
